What is Açaí ?

Açaí berries are a grape-like berry grown in the rain forests of Brazil and South America. They are rich in anti-oxidants, high in fiber, which is great for digestive health. They are an anti-inflammatory which means they are good for your heart. Açaí has also been known to be good for your skin, improve focus and memory, increase metabolic function and increase energy. Our fans of all ages, including kids, love our Açaí bowls, and you can eat it guilt free knowing there are no added sugars.

Our açaí is blended to perfection with the best mix of other fruits and veggies for a thick smoothie – like base and topped with fresh fruits, nuts and granola.

What is Pitaya?

Pitaya is also known as Dragon Fruit and is grown in Central America and South East Asia. This fruit is a show stopper and also tastes amazing! We blend pitaya with other fruits to make a thick smoothie – like base and top it with fresh fruits and yummy dry goods for a refreshing treat your body will love you for. 

Pitaya is best known to be an immune booster because of it’s high content of vitamin C. It’s one of the top foods to give you a good dose of vitamin C. This also makes it good for your skin and a more youthful appearance. Pitaya also boasts being high in antioxidants, fiber which is great for digestion and also stabilizing blood sugar levels, it’s heart healthy, high in omega 3 and 6 fatty acids and has been said to help with cancer protection. Our pitaya bowls have a lighter, refreshing flavor and a vibrant pink color.

Toast! Who doesn’t love toast? We offer a variety of savory and sweet options, depending on what you’re in the mood for. Our toasts are served open faced on sprouted wheatberry bread and is sure to keep you coming back for more.

All granola can be substituted for gluten free granola for an additional $1.
